I've been playing golf for over 40 years, but only in the last few have I studied the rules and discovered a few of the strange things that can happen on a golf course. I'm full of admiration for those who redrafted the rules for 2019 and want to help golfers of all abilities to understand and properly apply the rules by which we play.
